Beautiful apartment in Pedra de Ouro, Portugal

The apartment is in an ideal location only five minutes walk from Pedra do Ouro beach in the contemporary development of Atlantico Village. The large balcony running along 2 sides of the apartment is great for a relaxed evening sipping a bottle of the local wine. In the immediate vicinity is a pasteleria, a bar, a beach bar/cafe and a spa hotel, yet both Sao Pedro de Moel and Paredes are both just a five minute drive away - offering a wider choice of bars/restaurants.

During the day, you can laze by the pool, which is shared by just 10 apartments. There is a playground on site which is suitable for both toddlers and older children. The beautiful Pedra Do Ouro beach is approx 5 minutes walk away and is great for surfing or sea fishing. Because of the proximity of the pine forest, hiking/walking are popular activities in this area. A 60 km cycle path, which is also ideal for roller blade enthusiasts, runs right past the front of the development. With traditional villages to be explored, and of course the world class Praia del Rey & Golden Eagle golf courses within easy reach, there is something new to do every day.

ACCOMMODATION

Living.

 

Modern, spacious living/dining room.  Dining table seats 6. 

Air conditioning, TV, CD player, Wi-fi available.

The open plan sitting/dining area is very spacious and bright, with large sliding doors on 2 walls, leading to the furnished balcony.

- dvd player has an SD port so you bring your favourite films with you on a memory stick

Bedrooms:

Two bedrooms with double bed, build-in wardrobe, one with bathroom en suite.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances  including washer/dryer, microwave, stove top, coffee maker, kettle, iron/ironing board.

Bathrooms:

 Bath/shower, wc, bidet, washbasin.

Linen, towels,  extra cleaning.

Bed linen and towels are included (not beach towels). The property is cleaned before and after use, at no extra cost. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge upon request.

Other
TRAVEL COT available for families with babies - cot linen to be supplied by client.
MEN'S GOLF CLUBS available for client's use at no extra charge - just let us know in advance that you'd like to use them.

Low rise, low density development.

Our apartment is on the upper floor, and there is no lift in the building, so unfortunately it would not be suitable for those less mobile or for wheelchair users

 

Notes on accommodation
Sorry, no pets. Smoking not permitted inside the apartment. Central heating/Airco is available during the cooler months at no extra cost. A travel cot, high chair, baby blankets, plastic cups, plates, knives, forks, spoons are provided for our younger guests.

Access to the apartment via a stairway. Unsuitable for wheelchair users. Due to its elevated position, access to the complex is via a steep roadway. Car hire is therefore recommended.

Booking notes
A deposit of 20% is required at time of booking and the balance 6 weeks prior to arrival.

A refundable security deposit of €100 against damages/breakages is required, refundable upon inspection of the property.

•  VISA/MasterCard/bank draft

•  Payment includes utilities, such as gas, electricity and water.

•  Cancellation fee:  Forfeit deposit 20 days or less prior to arrival

•  Management company/owner not responsible for lost or stolen personal articles.

•  The number of persons occupying the townhouse cannot exceed the number of persons reserved.  The management company/owner reserves the right to refuse admission.
