Ideally situated only five minutes walk from the beach of Nazare, this house has 3 large bedrooms plus a spare room with a sofa bed, a spacious living room, a nice kitchen and a balcony with view of the beach, a private pool and garden. Here you can sit and watch the sun go down, have a barbeque or just relax and enjoy the view. The house has 3 bathrooms and parking inside a locked garage. The living room is spacious and has a sitting area with a fire place. Nazare is an idyllic fishing village, and although many tourists enjoys the beach and restaurants, it is still a proper town, not a tourist resort. A short drive away is the Praia del Ray golf course, the medieval town of Obidos and several kilometers of virtually untouched beaches. Nearby is also a brand new waterpark with pools and water slides

Changeover day-flexible. Arrival time and departure-flexible.

Rental price includes electricity, water, gas, bed linnen and towels. In the winter, gas and electricity is charged separately.

Kitchen	Including fridge, freezer, hob, coffee maker, oven, washing machine, grill, 4 ring stove.
Bathrooms	2 bathrooms, 1 WC Bathroom 1 - Toilet,Bath with Shower,Shower Enclosure,Bidet, Bathroom 2 - Toilet,Bath with Shower,Bidet, Bathroom 3 - Toilet. The largest bathroom is situated on the top floor with the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The main floor has a kitchen / dining room, large spacious living area, a bathrooom and the 4th bedroom / play room. The basement has large area for storage and a combined garage. A washing machine and ironing board is available downstairs.
Bedrooms	4 bedrooms, sleeps maximum of 6 people. Bedroom 1 - 1 Large Double Bed Bedroom 2 - 1 Large Double Bed Bedroom 3 - 2 Single Bed Bedroom 4 - 1 Sofa bed/Futon All the bedrooms have wardrobes and drawers with ample room for any clothes you bring. All the 4 bedrooms have hardwood floors. The main bedroom has en-suite bathroom facilities.

Cleaning towels linen.

Bath and hand towels provided, full bed linen included at no extra expense, apartment cleaned before and after use- additional requirement of cleaning can be arranged subject to extra fee.

Sorry no pets, no smoking allowed inside the apartment..

Accessibility
Sorry not suitable for wheelchair access or mobility restricted persons as there is stairs to the apartment.

Outside
Excellent parking facilities, privat pool, sun loungers, grassed area with garden furniture and covered BBQ.

Booking notes
A deposit of 15% is required at time of booking and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of £150 against damages/breakages is required when balance is due.
