Beautiful apartment in Alto do Moinho, Portugal

Nazaré is a typical fishermen’s beach village, surrounded by cliffs and hills. Alto do Moinho complex is placed right on the top of one of these hills with an astonishing views all around from the roof terraces, the inland hills and valleys, the endless beaches, the clifftop village of Sítio da Nazaré and the main town and sea. Our ground floor apartment has private terraces from both sides. Rooms with verandas receive the morning sun and the main balcony is bathed by afternoon sun, overlooking the garden and pools complex placed few steps away. It’s an incredible quiet spot! But within 10 minutes walking distance to reach the busy town centre with numerous local restaurants, pubs, cafes and traditional shops. The traditional buildings complemented with the local population habits who still wear the traditional costumes give a picturesque atmosphere to this unique place for a fantastic holiday’s season.

*Final cleaning included in price for 1 week bookings.

*Change over day, flexible, arrival not earlier than 3pm, departure by 10am, should this present a problem contact us and we will try to accommodate you.

*Minimum booking - 7 nights during peak season. If booking less than 7 nights an extra fee will be asked for cleaning and laundry. Prices are always negotiable enjoy your stay.

ACCOMMODATION

Living.

 

Modern, spacious living/dining room, 2 sofa´s, dining table seats 6. 

Samsung LCD TV set, DVD playe.

Glass door to a large terrace, prepared for outside meals, with table and 6 chairs.

Terrace stairs lead direct to condo area with swimming pools.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 with a double bed.
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds.
Double sofabed in the living room.

Kitchen:

Modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, hob, electric heater, kettle, tools for 6, washing machine, iron and ironing board, stereo, Hoover. Glass door to a large terrace, overlooking the garden and the pools.

Bathrooms:

 Bath/shower, wc, bidet, washbasin.

Linen, towels,  extra cleaning.

Bed linen and towels are included (not beach towels). The property is cleaned before and after use, at no extra cost. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge upon request.
Other

The large private west facing terrace is accessible from the kitchen and living room, contains a dining table, 6 chairs. between this veranda and the garden and pools there's only a small gate for privacy and a couple of steps to descend!
There is also a traditional charcoal BBQ on the rooftop terrace. Access reserved to residents.

 

Notes on accommodation
Sorry, no pets. Smoking not permitted inside the apartment. Central heating/Airco is available during the cooler months at no extra cost.

Access to the apartment via a stairway. Unsuitable for wheelchair users. Due to its elevated position, access to the complex is via a steep roadway. Car hire is therefore recommended.

Booking notes

Please book by email. A deposit of 150 euros is required to secure the booking. The balance must be paid at least 4 weeks in advance of arrival or deposit will be lost and booking cancelled. A refundable deposit of 200 euros against breakages is required at the time of the deposit, and will be returned to you upon satisfactory inspection of house following your departure.

A refundable security deposit of €100 against damages/breakages is required, refundable upon inspection of the property.

•  Management company/owner not responsible for lost or stolen personal articles.

•  The number of persons occupying the townhouse cannot exceed the number of persons reserved.  The management company/owner reserves the right to refuse admission.
